How much is delivery?
Delivery is currently FREE for all items at Kids Electric Car Supermarket.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All items are shipped within 2-3 working days and should take no longer than a further 3 working days to arrive.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship outside the UK. We are currently working on an international shipping model and will update the site when that happens.
What if I need to return something?
All item on Kids Electric Car Supermarket can be returned within 14 days if unwanted. Due to requirements from our suppliers there may be a 15% restocking fee. The details of each item states whether this applies, or contact us for advice. Items need to be returned in their original unopened packaging and P&P paid by the customer. What are licensed and unlicensed cars?
Licensed cars are designed and manufactured with the permission and support of the manufacturer that the car resembles. These are generally of higher quality however they also carry a higher price tag. Un-licensed cars are not endorsed by the manufacturer and represent the value end of the market. What voltage should I buy?
The voltage will make a big difference to the performance of the car and larger is not necessarily better. An over powered car can be dangerous for little ones and so it’s worth considering your options. Will my car arrive assembled?
All of the cars from Kids Electric Car Supermarket need some degree of assembly on delivery. Each model varies and the rough time to assemble ranges from 10 minutes to 60 minutes at most. Don’t worry though you don’t need to be a DIY genius to assemble any of our cars, it’s simple stuff and you get a full set of instructions. Where can I ride my car?
Different models can handle varying levels of terrain. Make sure you read our Voltage Guide page as it references the type of terrain different power of cars can handle. Also check the details of a car before purchasing as each manufacturer has recommendations on which of their products can be driven where.
