All item on Kids Electric Car Supermarket can be returned within 14 days if unwanted. Due to requirements from our suppliers there may be a 15% restocking fee. The details of each item states whether this applies, or contact us for advice. Items need to be returned in their original unopened packaging and P&P paid by the customer.

All our items come with a 12 Month ‘return to base’ warranty (unless marked otherwise).

All damages or missing parts should be reported within 7 days of receiving the item. This can be done via email or the website. Missing parts will then be shipped out within 5 working days or a full replacement supplied.

If the item develops faults within 28 days of it being delivered, we will undertake the carriage costs incurred to get the item back to our warehouse for repair or replacement. After this period the customer will be liable to send the item back to our warehouse for repair or replacement. It is the customer’s responsibility to package the item back in its original packaging or alternative, adequate packaging and cover the postage and packaging cost.

We will aim to get the item repaired and back to you within 14 working days and if this does not happen we will replace the item. Where a replacement is not available a full refund will be offered at the manager’s discretion.

We must be made aware of all returns via email or the website before posting the item.
